Tony Johnson began his Career as a Strata Manager in 2003, off the back of three years’ experience in Property Management.
His qualifications include a Diploma of Property (Real Estate Agency) and a Certificate IV in Property Management. Tony’s background in customer service and managing hospitality, is where he first understood that regardless of role or position, your Customer/Client need to receive the greatest level of service possible. Tony’s focus on Client relations and communication is unwavering, as is his dedication to continued learning in an ever changing landscape. This allows Tony to provide exceptional guidance around current and long standing issues which may effect the units he manages or indeed anyone who seeks his support.

Taryn Linfoot, General Manager / Strata Manager
Taryn Linfoot is a strata management professional with a career spanning over two decades.
As a General Manager, Taryn has led multiple strata management companies to win State her home State of WA and National award. Not only guiding her team to individual recognition but further being recognised personally with State awards and being judged Australia’s National Senior Strata Community Manager award in 2023 (judged over our own CEO).
An active member of the Strata Community Association, Taryn is accredited as a Fellow Strata Community Manager (FSCM)

Lionel Colaco, Strata Manager
Lionel has an extensive resume in Strata management and double degrees in Finance and accounting. Lionel has spent many years honing his Strata knowledge in accounts and administration before becoming a Strata Manager in his own right.
Lionel has successfully completed the SCA A100 course, and spent several years as a Strata Manager. Lionel is genuinely excited to learn and to educate. Lionel was a proud recipient of the Strata and Community Manager Rising Star award, which acknowledged not only his personal development but the respect and thanks of his Clients.

Heidi Spezzano, Strata Manager
Heidi has over 10 years combined experience in the residential and commercial property industries, including customer service, administration, accounts and property management roles. Moving into strata and community management allowed Heidi to further diversify her extensive knowledge whilst also bringing her acquired experience in the property sector to Stratarama and our Clients. Heidi has continued her property education by successfully completing the SCA A100 course.
Holding a Certificate IV in Property Services has further positioned Heidi to be able to provide the best service to clients and their properties. We can best describe Heidi as a fastidious person, making sure she ticks all the boxes for her Clients, communicating well to keep all parties upto speed on all matters raised and followed through.
Heidi is an accredited Strata Manager & was recognised as a Finalist for Rising star Manager of the Year in both 2023 & 2024 which is a fantastic achievement.

Colin Cameron, Strata Manager
Colin carries a wealth of experience across a range of industries and sectors.
Extensive experience in the corporate, government and non-government sectors, have serviced Colin with rich problem solving and project management skills.
These skills are underpinned by a commitment to governance and administrative duties in service to Stratarama clients.

Gabby Silva, Strata Manager
Gabby Silva joined the Strata and Community Industry with a background in Customer Service and Marketing. She is dedicated to providing excellent service and forming genuine connections with her clients, understanding the importance of building strong relationships with not only the Client but also the relevant suppliers that provide the third party services required at each individual strata or Community Corporation. In previous service roles, Gabby has worked with budgets, meetings, client negotiation, scheduling and outside the box planning. All of these skills set Gabby well placed to service the Stratarama clients.
Gabby possesses a true passion for all things real estate and property, which is where her interest peaked to be a part of this important sector of the property community. Always excited to expand her knowledge and skills, Gabby has become a Member of the Strata Community Association and attends all functions and seminars. In addition, her thirsty for knowledge includes other areas of property, which is why she is currently working towards the completion of her Diploma in Interior Design. She has gained invaluable knowledge of the building industry through this course whilst also actively engaging in other seminars and events centred around Advanced Building.
In her free time, she loves spending quality time with her family and children, attending art workshops, exploring wineries, or reading a good romance novel.

Jahanvi Champaneri, Accounts Manager
Jahanavi joined Stratarama with a strong background in accounts and a desire to expand her Strata and Community knowledge. As the primary accounts contact for Stratarama, Jahanvi enjoys the direct contact with clients and working closely with a tight-nit team.
Holding a Masters degree in Professional Accounting and a background in accounts management, these is nothing Jahanvi cant take on board. These skills are underpinned by a commitment to governance and administrative duties in service to Stratarama clients.

Holly Miller, Administration Support
Holly Miller is an experienced Administration support worker with a strong commitment to meeting the needs of clients and ensuring their long-term happiness. With several years of experience in the field, Holly understands the importance of providing excellent customer service and building lasting relationships.
Holly’s journey in the business world began in Adelaide, where she pursued her education and obtained a Cert III in business. Her decision to pursue this certification stemmed from her passion for helping people during difficult times and her genuine interest in establishing meaningful connections. Holly recognized the importance of having a strong foundation in business knowledge to effectively support and meet the needs of clients. By obtaining this certification, Holly equipped herself with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in her role as an Administration support worker and provide exceptional service to clients.

Belynda Cullen-Johnson, Administration Support
Belynda works part time with the Stratarama team assisting with all areas of the administration for our team and clients. Belynda demonstrates great aptitude in the administration space and very quickly navigates the tasks required our Managers and the team in general. You might occasionally hear Belynda on the phone helping our clients with general enquiries. Belynda very quickly became a much-loved member of the team despite not being in the office full-time as she fits seamlessly in with our culture.
Belynda has a personal passion for dance and music, having enjoyed studying many forms of dance for a long period of time, you will also find her at events such as the ballet and naturally every musical to come to South Australia (and many that haven’t).
