Lionel Colaco, Strata Manager

Lionel has an extensive resume in Strata management and double degrees in Finance and accounting.

Lionel has spent many years honing his Strata knowledge in accounts and administration before becoming a Strata Manager in his own right. Lionel successfully completed the SCA A100 course, and spent several years as a Strata Manager, sitting now comfortably as a respected, more senior member of our team. Lionel is genuinely always excited to learn, grow and then educate.

Lionel was a proud recipient of the Strata and Community Manager Rising Star award in 2020, which acknowledged not only his personal development but the respect and thanks of his Clients. In addition, in 2024 and again in 2025 Lionel was judged the best Strata Community Manager in SA by the SCA-SA/NT. This is no small feat. This award is a true reflection of his passion and determination to nurture and assist his clients and work with and for his team. Lionel becomes only the second ever back to back winner of this prestigious award.

A level 2 accredited Strata Manager – CSCM (Certified Strata Community Manager) with the SCA underpins his long commitment to this Industry and his personal and professional development, always with a view to provide top level service for our clients.

Lionel loves spending time with family and friends and in particular visiting regional SA and some fantastic wineries. This is why Lionel manages our clients in Port Augusta and Mount Gambier!
