Taryn Linfoot, General Manager / Strata Manager

Taryn Linfoot is a strata management professional with a career spanning over two decades. As a General Manager, Taryn has led multiple strata management companies to win State (her home State of WA) and National awards. Not only guiding her team to individual recognition but further being recognised personally with State awards both in WA and in South Australia. Taryn was judged Australasia’s Senior Strata Community Manager award in 2023/23 (judged over our own CEO).

An active member of the Strata Community Association, Taryn is accredited as a Fellow Strata Community Manager (FSCM), has served as Vice President, and was a dedicated volunteer committee member between 2017-2024 before relocating interstate.

With her strata knowledge commencing whilst working at the Landgate (WA Land Titles office) as a Project Policy Officer, she was instrumental in the introduction of their Community Titles Act, changes to their Strata Titles Act, and the subsequent 5-year review, which sought to improve Strata manager standards amongst other things in WA.

Taryn’s qualifications include a Diploma in Management, Diploma in Customer Contact, Cert IV in Strata Community Management, SCA A100, and holds a passion for continued learning, and improvements to processes and procedures. As the General Manager for Stratarama, Taryn brings a wealth of experience and knowledge, aiming always to deliver for all clients whether part of her direct portfolio or not and continuing to further improving our Team.

Taryn won the SCA-SA/NT Senior Manager of the year award in 2025 along with the 2025 Essay award, fantastic achievements locally backing up what we already knew from her past interstate and National wins.
