SCA 2024 Awards
On the 1st of November 2024 The Playford Hotel hosted the Annual Strata Community Association SCA SA/NT Awards for excellence.
Stratarama once again were a Finalist for the Category of Medium Community Management. Stratarama have previously won this award for the years 2021 to 2023.
In addition, the Stratarama team were finalists in 5 categories at this years Gala. We acknowledge and congratulate the following Finalists:

Tony Johnson – Leadership
Body Corporate Manager; Lionel Colaco was awarded SA’s Best
STRATA COMMUNITY MANAGER 2024
Lionel was formerly awarded Rising Star also by the SCA.
CEO & Body Corporate Manager; Tony Johnson uwas awarded SA’s Best SENIOR STRATA COMMUNITY MANAGER for 2024. This follows his win in this category in 2022 & 2023 making it a threepeat of wins in this category. A feat unmatched! Tony was also previously awarded Best Strata Manager in SA three years running.
*At a National level in 2024: Stratarama was Finalist for Medium business and Tony was Finalist in the Senior Manager category.
