A Strata Plan is a legal document that maps out every lot—like your unit— and from there your experienced Strata Manager can determine shared common spaces including hallways, carparks, gardens or amenities.
Your strata plan sets boundaries, assigns lot numbers, defines ownership and entitlement values which each determines your share of financial responsibilities.
