Marie Lelliott joined the Strata and Community Industry with a strong work background with an Insurance Builder (12+ years) and Property Services in Aged Care (12+ years). 

Excellence in Customer Service and dedication to helping others through challenging circumstances  shines through Marie through her nature as a people person.

Communicating with all stakeholders in the Strata environment is key to Maria’s drive and success to provide the best possible experience and outcomes for all parties.

Years of experience working with Trades to perform tasks at all scale of properties, acting as liaison with Strata insurers and negotiating budgets and timeframes are just some of the practical experiences Marie brings. These skills ensure a smooth transition from request to completion.

Marie is an Adelaide girl born and bred. Holding a Certificate IV in Project Management she has managed and serviced many residents of Adelaide by providing her expertise in scheduling and planning to repair their homes, units, apartments, serviced apartments, commercial buildings, retirement living units, and corporate offices.

Working in collaboration with a great team is key to success – utilising the Teams specialised strengths to provide the successful professional outcomes is what drives Marie to go above and beyond to help others.

Building trusted honest relationships with clients showcases the outstanding customer service Marie can provide. 

Outside of the office Marie enjoys Family Pizza and Game nights with 4 adult children with partners, the laughs, the fun and the competition can be fierce.

Marie and her husband also love the wine culture of South Australia and will often take that day trip to Barossa, Clare Valley, McLaren Vale, Langhorn Creek or the Adelaide Hills to soak up the sun whilst having a tipple.
